General Terms and Conditions – Trailix

Trailix, located at Poeldonkweg 5, 5216 JX, the Netherlands, supplies and installs innovative safety systems, such as blind spot and camera systems, telematics solutions and solar energy systems. These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, deliveries and services that we offer.
By using our products or services you agree to these terms.

2. Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, deliveries and services of Trailix.2.2 Deviations from these conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by Trailix.2.3 General terms and conditions of third parties are expressly excluded, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Quotes and Orders
3.1 Quotations are without obligation and valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.3.2 An agreement is only concluded after written confirmation by Trailix.3.3 Prices in quotations and invoices are exclusive of VAT and any shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment terms
4.1 Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.4.2 In the event of late payment, Trailix reserves the right to:
- To suspend delivery
- To charge statutory interest and collection costs
5. Delivery and Installation
5.1 Delivery time: Trailix usually delivers products within 1 to 2 working days, unless otherwise agreed.5.2 Delay: Trailix is not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure.5.3 Installation: If installation is carried out by Trailix, an installation appointment will be scheduled in consultation.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1 Warranty period: All products are covered by a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated.6.2 The warranty expires in the event of:
- Incorrect use or installation by third parties
- Changes or modifications to the product
- Normal wear and tear
6.3 Limitation of liability:Trailix is not liable for consequential damages, loss of profits or any other indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.
7. Cancellation and Returns
7.1 Cancellation: An order can be cancelled within a reasonable period before delivery.7.2 Returns:
- Custom made products cannot be returned.
- If a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
8. Applicable Law
8.1 All agreements with Trailix are subject to Dutch law.8.2 Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If this fails, they will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
9. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
Trailix reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. We recommend that you check this page regularly for updates.
