How can I place an order?
Orders are based on a quote. You can request a quote via our website or by e-mail. After approval, the order will be processed and delivered and/or installed according to the agreements made.
How long is my quote valid?
Our quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 14 days, provided the products have not yet been shipped or installed. To do so, please contact info@trailix.nl.
What is the delivery time of my order?
The standard delivery time is 1-2 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Does Trailix offer installation?
Yes, we offer professional installation for our products. Contact us for options and costs.
Does Trailix deliver throughout the Netherlands?
Yes, we deliver throughout the Netherlands. For international deliveries, please contact us.
How long is the warranty on my product?
All products have a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
Can I return a product?
Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt, provided the product is unused and in the original packaging. Custom made or specially ordered products cannot be returned.
My product is defective, what should I do?
Contact us via info@trailix.nl. If the defect falls within the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
What are the payment terms?
The payment term is 14 days after the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
