Return Policy

At Trailix we strive for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a product or want to cancel an order, the following return and cancellation conditions apply.
1. Cancelling an order
1.1 Orders can be cancelled within a reasonable period after confirmation, provided that the products have not yet been shipped or installed.1.2 For custom-made or specially ordered products, cancellation is not always possible. Contact info@trailix.nl to discuss the possibilities.1.3 If the cancellation is accepted, payments already made will be refunded within 14 days.
2. Returning products
2.1 Returns are only possible for unused and undamaged products in the original packaging. 2.2 Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt via info@trailix.nl. 2.3 Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. 2.4 The costs for returns are for the account of the customer, unless it concerns an error by Trailix (for example incorrect or defective products).
3. Exceptions to returns
3.1 The following products are not eligible for return:
- Custom made or specially ordered products.
- Products that have already been installed or used.
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
3.2 Defective products that fall within the 12-month warranty period can be offered for repair or replacement. Please contact info@trailix.nl for this.
4. Processing of returns
4.1 After approval of the return request, the product must be returned to the return address specified by Trailix within 7 days.4.2 After receipt and inspection, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. If desired, the product can also be exchanged.4.3 Trailix reserves the right to give a partial refund if the product is not returned in its original condition.
